via Portland's finest coffee purveyor, Stumptown Coffee Roasters, is setting up a pop-up shop in Amsterdam, you say? How lovely and how very fitting -- we, by which I mean Portlanders, do have the best coffee. (I may be biased.)
P.S. A little Portland fact: Portland was nicknamed Stumptown in the mid-19th century, when a boom in population caused quite a bit of land to be cleared (and trees to be cut down).
