About 20km from Kep city proper, down a dusty, unpaved road of red earth, there are a string of pepper plantations, one of which is a bed and breakfast.

My foray into expat life in Cambodia (and back), one glorious haphazard step at a time
It looks like a nice place to get away and relax (the cat seems to be enjoying it).
ReplyDeleteI loved it there. Too bad the getting there can be frustrating.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos, Jocy
ReplyDeleteThanks, friend.
DeleteJocy, your photos are wonderful! This looks like a beautiful place. Also, I have to thank you so much for your amazingly thoughtful comments, both on my blog and on the Equals Record. Your words truly touched me - I'm so happy to have you as a reader. Thank you! (Oh, and in regards to your question about the oyako-don recipe - I mentioned this in the comments section of my blog, but I actually didn't write the recipe down. So silly of me! My mom sent me a YouTube video today, however, of a Japanese cooking show in which a poodle dictates the instructions. I realize this sounds crazy, but she said it's a totally legit recipe! :) Enjoy...

Thanks, Shoko. Your posts have been a good reminder for me. Sometimes things get muddled and you forget the basics of life.
DeleteI'm talking about myself ... if that wasn't clear.
Deletewow, what a lovely place! to echo the first commentor, it really does look like a great place to get away and relax!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back, Jennifer!
ReplyDeleteI love walking round places like this, even if you sometimes get the hard-sell in the spice shop at the end (judging by the manner of that cat, it's not this one!):)
ReplyDeleteNo hard sell at this place. Thank goodness.
